Initiating a Chat
• Login to your profile and click on Hometab on the left hand corner
• Select Chat from the four options (Chat, Notes, Video, Link) given under the text boxes
• Type Chat Title in the smaller text box and enter Chat Description in the other largertext box
• Choose privacy options by selecting either of Public, Private, Friends and Custom and click on Post
• You can like a chat, comment on a chat and share it on other social networks

Posting a note
• Login to your profile and click on Hometab on the left hand corner
• Select Notes from the four options (Chat, Notes, Video, Link) given under the text boxes
• In order to add a note, you will have to add subjects to your profile. For adding subjects, click on Subjectstab on the left hand corner. Explore existing subjects in the system and add a subject
• After adding a subject, again click on Home tab on the left hand corner
• Type Note Title in the first text box and enter Note Description in the second text box
• Choose the Subject of the note from the drop down list
• Select the file stored in your system, which can be of a specified format only (.pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx files)
• Select whether you want to provide an option to other members to download the note
• Choose privacy options by selecting either of Public, Private, Friends and Custom and click on Post
• You can like a note, comment on a note, download a note and share it on other social networks

Posting a video
• Login to your profile and click on Hometab on the left hand corner
• Select Video from the four options (Chat, Notes, Video, Link) given under the text boxes
• Type Video Title in the first text box and enter Video Description in the second text box
• Copy and paste Youtubelink of the videoin the third textbox
• Choose privacy options by selecting either of Public, Private, Friends and Custom and click on Post
• You can like a video, comment on a video and share it on other social networks

Sharing a link
• Login to your profile and click on Hometab on the left hand corner
• Select Link from the four options (Chat, Notes, Video, Link) given under the text boxes
• Type Link Title in the first text box and enter Link Description in the second text box
• Copy and paste website link in the third textbox
• Click on the Preview button
• Choose privacy options by selecting either of Public, Private, Friends and Custom and click on Post
• You can like a link, comment on a link and share it on other social networks
